King Street Urban Sketching

As the weather was scheduled to take a sudden turn for the worst at midday we set off on our miniature field trip with a small group of Urban sketchers and headed for the historic mid seventeenth century King Street in Bristol. It added a sense of comedy/trepidation as we knew what was heading our way. But imagine our smug delight as we completed our first sketch and dived into the King William Alehouse dodging the deluge. Like our seafaring forefathers before us, we felt we had made port in a storm. Many thanks and very well done to all who signed up took part
